Map Reroll

MOD Desc
This mod allows you to quickly randomize your starting map and steam vents locations. Your starting scenario, colonists, items, etc. will all stay the same.
Now includes the map preview generator- rather than trying for random maps, you can pick exactly the map you’re looking for from a nearly limitless selection.

Of course, there is a small price to pay- in the form of unmined resources from your map.
The resource cost is optional and can be disabled in the Options > Mod Options dialog.

Important: The HugsLib library mod must also be installed. Make sure both are enabled in the Mods menu and HugsLib is loaded first.

The in-game description contains a brief guide. To get more info, discuss features or provide feedback, please visit the official forum thread:

Hope you enjoy.

Map Reroll works well with Rainbeau’s Configurable Maps mod.

The B19 version is still available and can be found here: Map Reroll (B19)

Thing is, it all worked fine just yesterday lol. It doesn’t matter what I load first, and this is what error log says:Exception filling window for MapReroll.UI.Dialog_RerollControls: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at MapReroll.UI.Widget_ResourceBalance.DrawTiledTexture (Rect rect, UnityEngine.Texture2D tex) [0x00000] in :0 at MapReroll.UI.Widget_ResourceBalance.DrawLayout (Single height) [0x00000] in :0 at MapReroll.UI.Dialog_RerollControls.DoWindowContents (Rect inRect) [0x00000] in :0 at Verse.Window+c__AnonStorey0.m__0 (Int32 x) [0x00000] in :0 Verse.Log:Error(String, Boolean)Verse.c__AnonStorey0:m__0(Int32)UnityEngine.GUI:CallWindowDelegate(WindowFunction, Int32, Int32, GUISkin, Int32, Single, Single, GUIStyle)

UnlimitedHugs, As RW is a single player game, there is no one to be cheated but myself. :o)I am way past the age to brag with silly, virtual achievements, that only leads to stupid stuff likemods where you explode when you save the game or ‘deactivate permanently developertools’….. But i digress… SorryI did try the ‘Destroy Thing’ Menuitem, but.. it did not work on Steam Geysers, probably because of one of the other mods i use. Hm, yes, a ‘De-commit’ option might come in handy.I do not know really how this Mod works, but maybe it would be practical to simply have an optionin the mod options screen to hide the Dice-button, that should be faster and easier to implementthan switching the whole system off/on by such a button.Unless of course it _needs_ to be switched off to recover used resources.Have you thought about making a mod solely for the purpose of re-rolling Steam Geyers?
