Lets you harvest every (almost) body part you can think of!
Lets you harvest and install (almost) every body part from humans. Now you can finally give what your prisoners deserve (and get your money’s worth).

For best results load Before
Harvest Organs Post Mortem

Compatible with all mods that do not overwrite the vanilla BodiesDef and BodyPartsDef.

Now compatible with EPOE. No error messages!

Known Issues! Duplicated Harvest/Remove Options
Please check your log on startup, if you have Short Hash Errors, then one of your mods has likely included copies of the base games assemblies in its assemblies folder accidentally, this can be remedied by removing any vanilla dll’s from that mods assemblies folder, you should let the Author of the other mod know!

btw with some operations needing anaesthetic, the operation takes place (using materials and meds), and then you still currently have to wait a considerable amount of time for it to wear off and for them to be up and about. (technically, that is the healing time) – its just maybe not as realistic as you would require from your side (and i understand that) :)in my cases, (because im still needing to learn more tech), even with my brains mods https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1851030679 and soon to be this one https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2091451553 and usually i only have to do a surgery because of a raider battle (in which case my colonists need stronger meds and smokeleaf etc to get them through the pain, and some of the modded ones take a long time to wear off – but each game is a bit different i guess) and unique 🙂

Hi, I like the idea that you can harvest everything because it seems really realistic to me. Now I see two problems with this mod which makes it too powerful in my opinion.Firstly, the organs and limbs don’t go bad or rot when not cooled. This just seems not righ.And secondly the biggest thing which makes it seem so unrealistic to me is, that you can install anything and right after the operation don’t have ANY wound that needs to heal. I think it would be nice to have a cut or something similar which needs to be tended and needs some days to heal at the operated part.Other than that, nice work, I hope the functionality will come to vanilla in the future.

I’m playing with RBSE (the normal edition not hardcore one) and DE surgeries for RBSE, and a dog said too but i dont think it matters for human pawns, well, this is all what shows up on the first pawn of my colony (the rest have the same harvestable options) https://imgur.com/a/5edxUyt no left or right arm options, i guess pelvis is from EPOE if it doesn’t show either, and brain does show up for me but didn’t try harvesting so idk if the other comments meant it doesn’t show up or the harvesting doesn’t work.
